Assorted vegetable crisp rolls
I am embarrassed to say that this is the leftover material on the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, in order to make my friends eat more joyful, I changed a way to make it on the table, so that the same ingredients have a completely different taste style, friends if you like it can also try it. In order to have better leftover oil, I use a milk pan to fry the rolls, so that the crisp rolls can be fried well with less oil.

Ingredients: scrambled vegetables, egg cake, egg, flour.
Procedure steps:
Step 1: Prepare a scrambled dish of assorted vegetables, egg cakes, and eggs.
Step 2: Stir-fry the cooled assorted vegetables on top of the quiche.
Step 3: Wrap the omelets, beat the eggs and pour a little dry flour out.
Step 4: Then wrap up the egg mixture and then pass the dry powder.
Step 5: Add corn oil to the milk pan, preheat it, and then put the wrapped egg rolls out of the pan and fry until they are crispy.
Step 6: This is a crisp and fragrant assorted crisp roll.
