At the event site, 20 tart noodle masters wore uniform clothes and hats lined up in a row, kneading dough, making dough segments, tart noodles... After a series of movements, the chefs spliced together 20 5-meter-long noodles on a board and relayed the 100-meter noodles into a steaming pot to cook.
