China Quality News Network News The Dragon Boat Festival is coming, as a traditional festival food, the quality and safety of zongzi has been widely concerned. In order to effectively prevent food safety risks and ensure the safety of public consumption, the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision has recently conducted supervision and sampling inspections of various types of rice dumpling products sold by relevant production enterprises and retail units in the city, and the results of the sampling inspection are as follows:
A total of 108 samples of various types of rice dumplings were sampled in the city, including 40 from production enterprises and 68 from retail units such as supermarkets and food stores. The samples involved many brands produced by enterprises in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Henan and other places, such as Qiao Jiazhai, Shen Dacheng, Lao Dafang, Wufangzhai and Gongdelin, etc., according to GB 2760-2014 "National Standard for Food Safety Use Standard", GB 29921-2013 "National Standard for Food Safety Limit of Pathogenic Bacteria in Food", GB 19295-2011 "National Standard for Food Safety Quick-Frozen Noodle Rice Products", "Zongzi" (SB/T 10377-2004) and other standards and products expressed standards and indicators of the requirements, all samples of benzoic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of benzoic acid), sorbic acid and its potassium salt (in sorbic acid), sodium saccharin (in terms of saccharin), acesulfame potassium, total number of colonies, coliform, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, mold, commercial sterility and other 10 indicators were tested, the results showed: 108 samples all met the relevant food safety standards, supervision and sampling pass rate of 100%.
