In order to further enhance the brand awareness and influence of Gancai and provide convenience for consumers to enjoy quality consumption, the Provincial Department of Commerce recently organized the selection of Gancai's "100 Cities and 100 Stores" special store. The selection was checked by the provincial, municipal and county (city, district) commerce departments in conjunction with relevant departments and associations, adhering to the principle of fairness and openness, strictly implementing the procedures of enterprise declaration, county and district recommendation, district-divided city review, publicity evaluation, etc., and finally selected 1,000 Gancai specialty stores from more than 3,000 declared stores.
Covers a wide range
From the administrative point of view, the 1,000 stores finally identified are distributed in 100 counties (cities, districts) in 11 districted cities in the province, which is widely representative. From the perspective of development formats, focusing on the integration of business, tourism and culture, a total of 94 Gancai specialty stores in the province's more than 2A scenic spots have been shortlisted, accounting for 9.4%. From the perspective of style genres, it covers Yuzhang cuisine, Xunyang cuisine, Raobang cuisine, Luling cuisine, Gannan Hakka cuisine, Xinpai Gan cuisine and other cuisines.
Flavor characteristic foot
The dishes have distinct characteristics, and the stores with more than 3 dishes of gancai "ten famous dishes" in the operating menu account for 100%, and some stores can taste the "top ten famous dishes" and "top ten famous snacks" of Gancai at the same time. At the same time, there are also a variety of regional specialties, various flavor snacks, etc., providing consumers with a flavor food punch card. The taste characteristics are outstanding, and the "fresh, spicy, fragrant and mellow" distinctive characteristics and rich flavor types of Gan cuisine are gathered, which is a good place to feast. Rich in cultural connotations, the shortlisted stores not only have long-established stores such as Lotus Pond Side, Lu Jiayi and other long-established stores and intangible cultural heritage skills inheritance stores such as Lao Ping Lane, but also new Gan cuisine stores such as Stove Reminiscence Family Banquet, Celebrity Chef Family, and Qianbaiwei.
Strong brand strength
Adhere to the "best of the best, good of the good", highlight the brand quality, and select a number of stores with large scale, excellent quality and good environment. Among the 1,000 Gancai specialty stores identified, 452 stores above designated size, accounting for 45.2%,; 224 chain stores, accounting for 22.4%. Among them, there are 164 stores with annual operating income of more than 10 million, accounting for 16.4%. Yunjing, Nanchang Xinnanxuan Restaurant, Jiujiang Xinhua Hotel and other annual operating income of more than 100 million yuan, Hakka compound, Heweiyuan and other annual operating income of more than 50 million yuan Gancai chain enterprises ranked on the list.
In the next step, the Provincial Department of Commerce will continue to promote gancai specialty stores. The first is to increase market promotion. On the basis of the 1,000 stores in "100 Cities and 100 Stores", the "100 Best Gancai Famous Stores" were selected, and the "Top 20 Brands" and "Top 30 Popularity Lists" were launched to continue to build the gancai characteristic store brand. The second is to increase policy support. Priority will be given to 1,000 famous Gancai stores included in the white list of catering enterprises, and policy support will be given in terms of talent training, management services, financial services, and market development. The third is to do a good job in service guarantees. Improve the work contact mechanism of competent departments, industry associations and enterprise stores to create a good development environment for the catering industry.
