Q: How do you view the post-processing of natural scenery? What are the tips in the later stages?
Tony Wang: Compared with other subject photography, I personally believe that there is no strict boundary definition in the later stage, only the expression of art. The later stage is always a topic that we can't avoid, maybe everyone has a personal standard for the scale of understanding the later stage, there is no criterion for this, I personally tend to restore the scene at that time while carrying out artistic creation, so that the audience has an immersive sense of substitution.
In fact, there is no secret in the later stage of contemporary photography, and the pre- and post-production techniques such as exposure merger, depth of field synthesis, and focal section synthesis have become very popular means of current landscape photography. It's nothing more than how to make good use of these techniques to finally create a satisfactory personal work.
Personally, it is recommended that beginners practice a lot of before and after a certain amount of accumulation, they will definitely form their own retouching process and style, adhere to themselves, and do not blindly follow.
