The 5th Thorn Rose Micro Film Art Festival was launched at the Chengde City Museum

On the morning of June 29th, the 5th Thorn Rose Micro Film Art Festival was launched at the Chengde City Museum, and the five-month brand activities such as creation, shooting, and work promotion and display were launched, and the public will enjoy a colorful cultural feast.

With the theme of "Prosperous Light and Shadow, Great Beauty and Virtue", the 5th Thorn Rose Micro Film Art Festival focuses on promoting and creating works with "green development, rural revitalization, urban culture, social development and the promotion of socialist core values" as the main content. At the same time, on the basis of the content of previous sessions, the festival has added three theme activities, namely the "Chengde Cultural and Creative Market" exchange exhibition, the "On the Sword • Chengde" National Micro Film Association Forum and the "Chengde Chengde" Film and Television Drama Venture Capital Conference. The rich artistic connotation will allow more outsiders to understand Chengde through the micro-film art festival, promote the development of Chengde cultural tourism with film and television cultural activities, and promote the prosperity of micro-film and television culture.

It is understood that since the Thorn Rose Micro Film Art Festival was held, it has received more than 3,300 micro-film works from home and abroad, of which the United States, Thailand, Canada, and Hong Kong SAR of China have all participated in the competition. The previous Thorn Rose Micro Film Art Festival has launched a large number of new people, which has made important contributions to the micro film industry in Chengde City and even the whole country, and has also made the influence of the Thorn Rose Micro Film Art Festival more and more influential, occupying an important place in the field of national micro film.

According to the schedule, the 5th Thorn Rose Micro Film Art Festival Global Works Collection will be carried out in July and August, the proposition shooting of the rural revitalization series micro-documentary "Taste of the Countryside" will be carried out from July to September, the "Chengde Cultural and Creative Market" exchange exhibition, the "On the Sword • Chengde" National Micro Film Association Forum, the "Chuangying • Chengde" film and television drama venture capital conference will be held in October and November, and the award ceremony will be held in November.
