According to reports, according to the relevant regulations of the European Union, animal-derived gelatin production and processing enterprises need to pass the EU registration to enter the EU market. After learning that gelatin enterprises have the intention to export to the EU, Maoming Customs has repeatedly gone to the enterprises to explain the latest requirements of the EU for the registration of gelatin export enterprises, and has embedded the elements of the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic into the quality management system, guiding enterprises to strengthen the source management of raw materials and production process control, and ensuring that products comply with EU standards.
It is reported that compared with primary raw materials such as fish scales, fish skins and fish bones, the production added value of gelatin is high, which supports the export of gelatin products, which is conducive to driving the development of downstream industries of aquatic processing and promoting the transformation and upgrading of local industries.
