After trial: Zhang Mou, a driver of illegal traffic management, confessed that he went to Ma'anshan Town to visit relatives, drank a bottle of beer, and thought that there was nothing to drive a motorcycle back to the county, usually driving without a license, and did not realize that not wearing a helmet was illegal.
According to the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Yitong Traffic Police Brigade imposed a fine of 500 yuan and a penalty of 12 points on Zhang X for driving a motorcycle without a license, a fine of 2,000 yuan and 12 points for Zhang X's illegal act of drinking and driving a motorcycle, and a fine of 50 yuan and 2 points for Zhang's illegal act of not wearing a safety helmet. Zhang Mou, the manager of the illegal traffic, was fined 2550 yuan and deducted 26 points.
