Later, Wang Lang passed away, and 12-year-old Wang Yuanji was heartbroken!
In 231, at the age of 15, Wang Yuanji married Sima Zhao. After marriage, the two had a total of 5 sons and 1 daughter! At that time, Sima Zhao, in addition to Wang Yuanji' wife, had five other concubines. However, Wang Yuanji, who strictly adhered to the way of women, did not show too much state of fighting for the wind and jealousy, but instead devoted herself to serving her in-laws, being very modest and courteous in front of many of Sima Zhao's wives and concubines, often leading by example, managing everything in the palace in an orderly manner, and the wives and concubines also got along harmoniously, it can be said that her appearance really saved Sima Zhao from many troubles in family chores! In 265, Sima Zhao died, and Wang Yuanji and his eldest son Sima Yan ascended the throne, which later became known as Emperor Wu of Jin.
