Recently, Shao Pei, a leading figure of China's new generation of designers and a space aesthetician, won the "Outstanding Person of Innovative Design of the Year" award for his outstanding performance in the field of innovative design. The award was presented at the "First Shanghai Forum on Innovative Design of new lists and innovative ceremonies and magnolia design night" with the theme of "Innovation, Creation and Value" jointly sponsored by the Furniture Decoration Industry Chamber of Commerce of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Organizing Committee of the New List.

Regarding innovative design, Shao Pei, who has been practicing for more than ten years, has accumulated a lot of experience. At present, Shao Pei has presided over and guided more than 400 cases, and his design works are all over the world, including many classic cases that have been praised by customers and even the industry and have withstood the test of time, such as the swimming pool and comprehensive hall of the 10th National Games, the Han Meilin Art Museum of Helan Mountain, the Aman Hotel of the Summer Palace, the third phase office of Beijing International Trade Center, and the Huahong International Center.
Occupation is not only a means of livelihood, but also a belief
As early as 2002, after graduating from University, Shao Pei joined HEITZ PARSONS SADEK (HPS Architectural Design Company of the United States, a world-renowned architectural design agency). He has published three best-selling books on interior design (one of which won the first place in China's 2004 list of similar book sales). Since then, Shao Pei has gradually emerged in the industry.
This seemingly smooth experience was not so simple for Shao Pei. When he chose to come to Beijing after graduation, he did not think about what his life would be like in the north. The fact is that with 800 yuan and ideals, he lived in the basement, went deep into the construction site in the hot sun, worked with the decoration workers during the day, and went home at night to nibble on a flatbread for a dollar for dinner.
Slowly, work seemed to be on the right track, and the time came to 2003. At the time of sarcos's devastation, many industries were forced to stop working, and he had no source of livelihood. With the stubbornness in his bones and the breath in his heart, Shao Pei adhered to his professional ideals and began to devote his talents to the writing of professional books, not only not to waste time, but also to learn the new. In 2008, Shao Pei and his team of 7 designers participated in the national games venue design bidding, for more than a month without leaving home, prepared the design plan without distraction, and finally defeated many companies with deep qualifications and strong capital to win the National Games venue project. Therefore, Shao Pei took this opportunity and funds to create ICE DESIGN. Today, glaciers have become well-known design stars in the industry.

Now, more than ten years later, glaciers have more than 40 designer talents, while promoting nearly 30 projects, and everyone has worked together to pick up the lights at night. The 7 design brothers at the beginning of the business are still working together today, and none of them are separated.
Shao Pei said that if a person uses his profession as a means of making a living, he can only be competent, but if he regards the profession as a belief, he can be excellent. Because faith will convey love of hope and beauty. Over the years, steady dedication and solid accumulation rely not only on his efforts and persistence in design work, but also on his faith and love for design life.

In recent years, Shao Pei has also been invited to build mansions and commercial spaces for more than 20 celebrities such as Tong Liya, Zheng Kai, Xue Zhiqian, Wang Sicong, Qin Lan, Huang Xiaoming, etc., and his works have been widely praised by people in the cultural and entertainment circles and are known as "star designers".
