In accordance with the spirit of the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Third Inspection Group of the Huangshan Municipal Party Committee" and the "Notice issued by the Education Working Committee of the Huangshan Municipal Cpc Committee" of the Inspection Office of the Huangshan Municipal Party Committee, on the afternoon of June 18, Huizhou Normal School held a special democratic life meeting on the rectification of inspection feedback and deepening the "three cases" warning education. Wu Shuhong, member of the Municipal Party Committee Education Working Committee and deputy director of the Municipal Education Bureau, and relevant leaders of the Party Committee of the Municipal Education Bureau and the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission stationed in the Municipal Education Bureau came to give guidance.
At the democratic life meeting, Fang Guanglu, secretary of the general branch of the school and president of the school, made a comprehensive comparative inspection speech on behalf of the school leadership team. Subsequently, Comrades Fang Guanglu, Liu Xiaofeng, Wu Junlin, and Hong Feng respectively made speeches on personal comparative inspection. Among the members of the school-level team, Comrades Wu Dongbei and Wu Quan, who attended the meeting as observers, also put forward criticisms of the team and individuals.
Director Wu Shuhong gave a pertinent evaluation of the Democratic Life Association. He believes that the general party branch of the school planned earlier, meticulously formulated a plan, had a clear theme, standardized the materials, investigated and placed specific problems, and took practical rectification and reform measures. However, judging from the inspection of the municipal party committee, there are also many problems in the school, such as the slow development of party organizations, the lack of strict management of students, the management of teaching staff is somewhat lax, the study of political theory is not solid enough, and the growth of young teachers cannot keep up with the needs. He asked the school leadership team to improve its political position, systematically study theories, and enhance its management ability in the next step; adhere to the problem orientation, learn from one another, and comprehensively rectify and reform; and establish a long-term mechanism to transform rectification and reform into an effective driving force for promoting the development of the school. At the same time, it is necessary to earnestly grasp the rectification of projects that have not passed the acceptance of the secondary vocational quality improvement project, ensure that the evaluation of the level of running the school reaches the level of B, improve the teaching diagnosis work, implement the prevention of campus safety work, and adopt incentive mechanisms to mobilize teachers and students to actively participate in various competitions to promote the development of teachers and students.
Prior to the current democratic student meeting, the General Branch of the Party solidly completed the preparatory work such as study and discussion, solicitation of opinions, heart-to-heart talks, and writing the outline of the speech as required.
