"If the emergency plan of the enterprise fails to carry out regular drills as required, orders correction within a time limit, and can be fined not more than 50,000 yuan; if the non-production water accumulation in the accident pit of the smelting furnace of the non-ferrous metallurgical enterprise is a hidden danger of major accidents, and the safety cannot be guaranteed before or during the elimination, the operators shall be withdrawn from the dangerous area, temporarily suspend production and stop business, or stop using relevant facilities and equipment." Hou Jian of the Changsha Emergency Supervision Detachment combined with the problems found in the morning supervision and law enforcement, and explained how enterprises can improve their safety production management capabilities. The responsible persons of the two inspected units of Jingge Aluminum and Yanjing Beer made statements, saying that they would strictly compare the problems, implement the responsibilities, and immediately rectify the situation.
Subsequently, Zhang Peifang, head of the Changsha Emergency Detachment, gave a special lecture on the Amendment to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China and the newly revised Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, deeply analyzed the purpose of the revision of the two laws, explained the content of the revised provisions, and analyzed the legal obligations that enterprises needed to perform in combination with typical cases.
Finally, Luo Hui, member of the party working committee and deputy director of the management committee of the park, asked all enterprises to solidly carry out the safety production month activities and achieve full coverage of study and education; to carefully organize various work such as safety production inspection, hidden danger investigation and rectification, and duty duty; and to combine the recent meteorological characteristics, focus on fire safety, construction sites, transportation, limited space, high-altitude work and crowded places to ensure the safety and stability of the park.
