Recently, the opening ceremony of the 2021 high-quality farmer education improvement action training class in Yuzhou District was held in Lingtang Village, Nanjiang Street, and Hanshan Village, Chengbei Street, and Li Zhen, deputy secretary of the party group of the Yuzhou District Agriculture and Rural Bureau, made an opening mobilization speech and taught the first lesson of high-quality farmer education and improvement action training. Deputy Secretary Li Zhen asked all trainees to cherish the learning opportunity, fully understand the significance of cultivation, apply the knowledge, skills and development concepts they have learned to the industries they founded, realize rural revitalization, promote the deep integration of farmers' education and training with the development of agricultural industries, vigorously cultivate new professional farmers, strengthen the support of rural revitalization talents, and promote the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas in Yuzhou District.
The training offered two 15-day sessions each. The first phase is the planting professional improvement class of Hanshan Village in Chengbei Street, and the second phase is the professional improvement class of e-commerce in Lingtang Village, Nanjiang Street. The training form is mainly carried out in the form of classroom teaching, on-site teaching, and online learning, and the training content includes: planting technology, farmer entrepreneurship training, rural e-commerce and other related knowledge. The trainees of the training course were from 84 large planters and breeders and cooperative leaders in Yuzhou District. After the trainees pass the examination and assessment, they can be issued a farmer education and training certificate.
This year, our district will continue to take the cultivation of new professional farmers as the starting point, strengthen the overall planning of resources, increase the intensity of training, deepen and promote the cultivation of new farmers, improve the construction of the peasant education and training system, explore the high-quality farmer cultivation system with Yuzhou characteristics, plan to cultivate new professional farmers, and strive to cultivate a high-quality peasant team with culture, technology, and good management.
