The 25th Tezuka Osamu Cultural Award, named after the manga god Osamu Tezuka and sponsored by the Japanese "Asahi Shimbun" and dedicated to the strict selection of outstanding works in the Japanese manga industry, the final award was announced today on April 28, and the grand prize was won by Kazumi Yamashita's "LAND" and the super popular manga "Devil's Blade" won a special prize.
