On October 19, the high-speed traffic police detachment of the Heze City Public Security Bureau held a work conference on discipline and work style education and rectification; Li Hongmiao, deputy secretary of the party committee of the traffic police detachment and head of the high-speed traffic police detachment, attended the meeting and made a speech; Zhang Kun, deputy secretary of the party committee and political commissar of the high-speed traffic police detachment, presided over the meeting; Lin Bo, deputy head of the detachment, read out the "Plan for In-depth Discipline and Work Style Education and Rectification Activities"; and the captains of each brigade signed the "Letter of Responsibility for the Construction of Party Style and Clean Government.".
Li Hongmiao pointed out that the traffic police law enforcement points are multi-line long and wide-ranging, relatively scattered, difficult to supervise, and the "one post, double responsibility" and the main responsibility of the party branch have not been fully utilized. Leaders at all levels must soberly understand the new situation, new problems, and new challenges they are facing at present and for some time to come, solidly carry out the one-month work of rectifying discipline and work style, and remove stubborn and chronic diseases with the courage and determination of a brave man who breaks his wrist.
Li Hongmiao demanded that we should strengthen the building of systems, grasp the points and lead the way, and carry out a good discipline and work style rectification with zero tolerance and tenacity. The first is to conscientiously carry out self-examination and self-correction, focusing on solving problems such as lax discipline and sloppy work style. The second is to clearly understand the situation, abide by the rules, and take the initiative to adapt to the new normal of strictly administering the police. The third is to think about problems from the standpoint of leadership and implement problems from the perspective of the grassroots. The fourth is to unswervingly grasp the work of standardizing law enforcement and firmly establish the awareness that the construction of work style is always on the road. The fifth is to sign a family commitment letter, build an auxiliary police management system, and solve the problem of weak management of auxiliary police outside the eight hours.
Comrade Zhang Kun put forward three requirements for implementing the spirit of the meeting, stressing that leading cadres at all levels should adhere to the idea of "strictness is love, leniency is harm", and implement various team management measures with an attitude of being highly responsible for the traffic police auxiliary police, especially to do a good job in the management of their subordinate personnel "outside the eight hours", the management of the use of police cars, and the standardized management of law enforcement.
