According to a report by Taiwan's provincial green media "Liberty Times," the Taiwan Air Force confirmed in the early morning of 3 July that 19 PLA military planes entered the airspace of southwest Taiwan on the night of 2 July, and according to the records of military fans, the PLA military planes continued to circle Taiwan in the early morning of the 3rd, and they were all around Taiwan's airspace all night long, and the taiwan air force bases were reported to be frequently lifted off. Earlier today, the "Liberty Times" reported that the PLA dispatched 38 sorties of military planes on the "Eleventh Day" to "raid" Taiwan's "air defense identification zone," which has broken the record for the highest number of sorties in a single day; the Taiwan Air Force released a news report on the evening of 2 July that 20 PLA military planes "disturbed Taiwan" during the day, and at about 0:00 a.m. on the 3rd, it was confirmed that 19 PLA military planes "attacked" the airspace of southwest Taiwan on the night of 2 July, and a total of 39 sorties in a single day were the highest single-day number of sorties since the Taiwan defense department released the information of the PLA aircraft.

According to the report, some military fans continued to record in the early morning of the 3rd that the PLA military planes went around Taiwan, although only one entered the Taiwan airspace, but many PLA military aircraft were around the Taiwan airspace. The report claimed that according to broadcast and track records, the PLA military plane entered Taiwan's "Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ)" (southwest airspace) at 2:12 a.m., with an altitude of 4,800 meters.

The Liberty Times also quoted a Facebook fan page of "Taiwan's Southwest Airspace" to record that PLA military aircraft entered Taiwan's airspace for 3 days in October. According to the information released by Taiwan's defense department, in 2021, a total of 596 sorties have entered Taiwan's airspace for 168 days, and 77 sorties have been announced this month.

With regard to the PLA's military operations around the Taiwan Strait, Zhang Chunhui, spokesman for the Eastern Theater, previously said that Taiwan and its affiliated islands are a sacred and inalienable part of China's territory, and that the Chinese army's combat readiness cruise is completely legitimate and lawful, and is a necessary action to be taken in response to the current security situation in the Taiwan Strait and the need to safeguard national sovereignty. Zhang Chunhui also stressed: The troops in the theater have the determination and ability to thwart all "Taiwan independence" separatist activities, resolutely safeguard state sovereignty and security, and territorial integrity, and resolutely safeguard peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait region.
