According to Lin Xiaoping, the project leader, most of the workers returning to work are from the province, and a small number are from Fengcheng, Jiangxi, and the workers who return to work are picked up in the form of "point-to-point". Before taking up the post, it has been strictly screened, checked and trained, and after returning to work, it will start monitoring and disinfection twice a day, and also introduce measures such as staggered peak meals and special personnel to receive meals.

The author noted that the prevention and control work here is meticulous, the construction site has been installed with fences, the entrance and exit have set up epidemic checkpoints, and special personnel are on duty for 24 hours to inspect and strictly control the entry and exit of vehicles. More than 50 employees who returned to work wore masks to work, measured their body temperature one by one, established an entry and exit registration system at the construction site, designated special personnel to register for reception, and disinfected construction vehicles. In terms of on-site management, it is equipped with masks, disinfectants, medical alcohol and other epidemic prevention materials, and disinfects public places such as canteens, dormitories, offices, public toilets, and construction sites twice a day.
Earlier, Zhang Zhenzong, deputy secretary of the party committee of the resort management committee, led the staff of the project office to go to the front line of each enterprise one by one to understand the difficulties and blockages in the resumption of work of enterprises, guide enterprises to set up epidemic prevention and control teams, establish a roster of returning workers and work accounts, and prepare for the resumption of work. On the basis of conducting epidemic prevention tests on the returning workers one by one, the relevant materials of the application for returning to work are submitted to assist the enterprise to dock with the health department for acceptance. As of the 18th, 2 key projects in the resort have resumed work one after another, and 2 other key projects are preparing to resume work and epidemic prevention, and they have resumed work after applying for on-site inspection by the CDC.
