On August 27, the Standing Committee of the 15th People's Congress of Luyi County held its 32nd meeting. Li International, chairman of the county people's congress standing committee, presided over the meeting and made a speech, and Wang Xinmin, Xiao Xiguo, Liu Jingshan, Liu Yin, vice chairmen of the county people's congress standing committee, and 28 members attended the meeting. The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the conference celebrating the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and printed the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the ceremony of awarding the "July 1st Medal" and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech of "using red resources to continue the red bloodline and striving to create new achievements worthy of history and the people".
The meeting conveyed the "Implementation Plan for the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Luyi County to Inspect the Implementation of the Regulations of the State Council on Optimizing the Business Environment" and the "Regulations of Henan Province on Optimizing the Business Environment".
The meeting deliberated and adopted the report of the county government on the implementation of the financial budget in the first half of 2021 and the final accounts in 2020, the report on the arrangement and use of funds for new general bonds and new special bonds in 2021, the report of the county government on the implementation of the national economic and social development in the first half of 2021, the report of the county government on the implementation of the 2020 budget and other financial revenue and expenditure audits, and the county government's report on the use of medical insurance funds The county public security bureau's work report on the education and rectification of the political and legal cadre team; the county government's report on the county's service work for veterans; the county government's report on food safety supervision; and the county government's report on the construction of the "four waters and one governance" project in our county.
The meeting also deliberated and voted in writing the county government's report on the capacity of e-government services, and the county people's court, people's procuratorate, and judicial bureau's work report on the education and rectification of the contingent of political and legal cadres.
The meeting also voted to approve the appointment and dismissal of responsible persons of the constituent departments of the county government and the working bodies of the county people's congress standing committee, and organized them to take the constitutional oath, and Li International, chairman of the county people's congress standing committee, issued a letter of appointment to the newly appointed personnel.
At the meeting, Li International, chairman of the county people's congress standing committee, instructed the newly appointed responsible persons of the constituent departments of the county government and the working organs of the county people's congress standing committee to always never forget their original intentions, keep firmly in mind their mission, perform their duties and fulfill their responsibilities in their new posts, and have the courage to take responsibility; at the same time, they must firmly establish a sense of the Constitution, consciously accept the supervision of the people's congress, be a qualified communist party member, and serve the people wholeheartedly.
