A number of European Internet celebrities broke the news: someone contacted them to shoot a video of Black Pfizer, praising AstraZeneca

author:Observer.com

Recently, a number of "network big V" in Europe have come out to expose that some advertising companies have contacted them to make videos that denigrate Pfizer vaccines, conveying false information to fans that "the fatality rate of Pfizer vaccines is almost 3 times that of AstraZeneca".

Earlier this month, the European Union announced that it would purchase and order 1.8 billion doses of Pfizer vaccines developed by Pfizer in the United States and BioNTech in Germany from 2021 to 2023. At the same time, the EU revealed that the EU has not renewed the vaccine procurement contract with the British company AstraZeneca after June this year.

On May 24, local time, French netizen Léo Grasset posted several screenshots of emails on Twitter and posted that he had recently received an invitation to cooperate from an advertising agency, but there were several "strange" requests in the proposal:

Making the video, the central argument was that "the fatality rate of the Pfizer vaccine is almost 3 times that of AstraZeneca";

Convey some messages, such as some mainstream media ignoring the above arguments, but you decide to share them with your own subscribers;

In the video, "Why are some governments actively buying Pfizer vaccines that threaten people's health"?

In addition, the proposal also lists considerations for "showing enthusiasm and interest in the topic" and avoiding the use of words like "advertising" or "sponsorship" in posts or videos, as "these materials should be presented as your own independent opinion."

Grassett is actually a well-known video blogger with 168,000 followers on Twitter and a 1.17 million-fan video channel called DirtyBiology on youtube.

As soon as the tweet was posted, it sparked a heated discussion. Grassett was then interviewed by The Guardian, the Associated Press and French media.

According to the Associated Press reported on the 25th, Grassett said that the man who sent him the email was called "Anton" and worked on an Internet celebrity marketing platform called Fazze. Anton offered to provide "generous honorariums" for "information campaigns" about vaccines, but declined to provide information about employers.

Grassett has 1.17 million Followers on Youtube

The Guardian reported on the 25th that in addition to Grassett, other "network big V" in European countries have also received similar cooperation invitations.

Mirko Drotschman, a German video blogger with 1.5 million subscribers on YouTube, also posted a screenshot of an email on the 24th inviting him to participate in a "publicity campaign" about "mass deaths" after Pfizer injections.

In addition, an intern doctor with tens of thousands of fans in southern France told BFMTV that he was also contacted to send a video smearing the Pfizer vaccine, and a 30-second video bid 2,000 euros.

The Guardian also revealed that one of the big V was asked to post videos on YouTube, Instagram or TikTok that contained links to reports by the German newspaper Le Monde, the Reddit forum and the Ethical Hacker website. The reports all involved a leaked document that allegedly supported the claim that the Pfizer vaccine was fatal.

In addition, the Guardian played up "conspiracy theories" in its report, claiming that the matter was related to Russia, simply because information on the LinkedIn (LinkedIn) showed that the management of the Fatse company responsible for contacting the major V was from Russia.

However, it is worth mentioning that the British "Daily Mail" and the Associated Press both mentioned that the Fazze company's registered place is in London, England, and has provided a contact address in London on the official website.

France's health minister, Olivier Veran, responded to a series of deliberate smears of the Pfizer vaccine. He said it was "pathetic, dangerous, irresponsible and won't work either."

According to data released by European Commission President von der Leyen, vaccination progress in EU countries has made steady progress, with the EU receiving 300 million doses of vaccine and 245 million doses of vaccine as of May 25. Half of EU adults will receive at least one dose of the vaccine this weekend, she said.

After reviewing the data, the Observer Network found that at present, the European Drug Regulatory Agency (EMA) has approved and signed a purchase contract for 4 new crown vaccines, including Ruihui vaccine, Modena vaccine, AstraZeneca vaccine and Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

However, due to the frequent occurrence of blood clots and deaths in vaccinators, controversy over the side effects of the AstraZeneca vaccine has spread across the European continent. Previously, Denmark announced the complete discontinuation of the AstraZeneca vaccine, becoming the first country in the world to make this decision; about 10 EU countries such as Germany and France have age restrictions on the AstraZeneca vaccination population.

Meanwhile, von der Leyen announced on Twitter on May 8 that it has just agreed to a COVID-19 vaccine purchase agreement to procure and order 900 million doses of Pfizer vaccines from 2021 to 2023, for a total of up to 1.8 billion doses. EU Executive Commissioner Breton told the media on the 9th that the EU did not renew the contract for the procurement of new crown vaccines after June this year with AstraZeneca.
