Since the beginning of this year, the comrade has devoted himself to the special procuratorial supervision activities of "Beautiful Countryside and Happy Life", focusing on the key areas of people's livelihood, striving to pay attention to the needs of the people's lives, actively assisting procurators in carrying out public interest litigation clues in the field of food and drugs, ecological environment and natural resources, evidence collection, case handling, etc., and issuing 5 pre-litigation procuratorial suggestions in the field of food and drug safety and 8 pre-litigation procuratorial suggestions in the field of ecological environment and natural resources. Give full play to the preventive and leading role of pre-litigation procuratorial suggestions in social governance in public interest litigation. At the same time, the comrade actively assisted the procurator in handling 13 cases of recovering labor remuneration, and tried his best to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers.
