Since 2016, Zhijiang City has actively implemented the strategy of protecting the Yangtze River, promoted the development of green transformation with the transformation of new and old kinetic energy, and achieved a green rise in the Yaojiagang Industrial Park on the banks of the Yangtze River. In July 2018, Zhijiang City and China Chemical Engineering Group signed a cooperation agreement on the industry-city integration project of Yaojiagang Chemical Park. The two sides will work together to build a world-class green circular chemical park and create a "national chemical transformation and upgrading demonstration park". The park strives to build an industrial pattern of "one main and two wings" with new chemical materials as the main body and high-end fine chemicals and high-end agricultural chemicals as the two wings. In 2020, the park achieved an annual output value of 32 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 2.8 billion yuan, and was recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a green industrial park. Relying on the Yaojia Chemical Park, Zhijiang City has realized the gorgeous transformation of the city's chemical industry from rough development to refined layout, from low-end production to high-end intelligent manufacturing, and from chimneys to green mountains and rivers.

Navel orange butterfly change, technology platform to help the citrus industry to improve quality and efficiency
In recent years, Zhijiang City has accelerated the development of "borrowing power from wisdom" and "borrowing power from the network" to comprehensively promote the transformation and upgrading of the citrus industry. Zhijiang City and Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences carried out hospital-site cooperation to establish a "modern agricultural comprehensive science and technology demonstration zone". Through the "Return of Wisdom" platform, Zhijiang City and the Citrus Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences jointly built the "Modern Citrus Technology Experimental Station in the Northern Rim Area", and signed a cooperation agreement on citrus industry planning, introduction of new varieties, evaluation and demonstration, and selection and purification and rejuvenation.
Science and technology support the continuous iterative upgrading of Citrus varieties in Zhijiang, and the development and planting of Newhall navel oranges with higher economic benefits. Today, the citrus planting area of Zhijiang City has reached 350,000 mu, with a total output of 750,000 tons and a total output value of more than 2 billion yuan. Among them, as of 2020, the planting area of Navel Orange in Zhijiang has reached 130,000 mu, with an annual output of 180,000 tons and an output value of nearly 800 million yuan.

Real money and silver, financial support to empower enterprises to upgrade their technology
Enterprise technological transformation and upgrading is an important engine for Zhijiang to achieve industrial green upgrading. In the past two years, Zhijiang City has strived for a special fund of 28.72 million yuan for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries at the higher level, obtained 6.95 million yuan of award funds for demonstration enterprises such as brand cultivation, intelligent manufacturing, and "hidden champions", and the municipal finance has rewarded and subsidized 45 technological transformation projects with a total of 34 million yuan. At the same time, focusing on financing difficulties, Zhijiang City actively carried out the financing docking of "enterprises, banks and governments". Sanning, Ogilvy and other 24 enterprises implementing technological transformation projects signed 1.5 billion yuan loan agreements with 12 financial institutions and guarantee companies in the city. For the technical transformation enterprises to cancel the counter-guarantee pledge requirements, the guarantee rate was reduced to 1%, and Jinqiao Guarantee Company guaranteed 180 million yuan of loans for 39 technological transformation enterprises, and reduced the guarantee fee by 940,000 yuan to ensure the capital needs of the technological transformation projects.
