Each of them has a vivid character image, and I also used the lens to keep a picture of the tea feast of the five gentlemen.

This tea banquet did not comment on the cheers, nor did it have a complicated tea art performance, but the tea customers and atmosphere of tea tasting and chatting were not ordinary, which left a deep impression on me...

On the afternoon of May 26, 1995, the agenda of the Ninth Session of the Fourth Presidium of the Chinese Writers Association held at the State Guest House in Hongqiao, Shanghai, was a free activity. I saw Ye Junjian, Lu Wenfu, Zhang Xianliang, Deng Youmei, and Jiang Zilong discussing going to the City God Temple Tea House to make tea. Except for Ye Junjian, I have more or less interacted with them. In fact, Ye Junjian's translation of "The Little Mermaid" and "The Little Girl Who Sold Matches" and other stories have been well heard, but he is young and does not know the translator. I heard my son Ye Nianlun say that Ye Junjian is eighty years old and has gone out to attend a meeting for the first time after suffering from advanced cancer treatment.

In the car, I looked at the back of this children's writer and translator who had translated The Complete Works of Hans Christian Andersen, and thought to myself: he is the only Chinese writer who has won the honor of "Danish National Flag Medal", but he still holds an ageless childlike heart, and the translation is not endless, which is admirable.

When I arrived at the Huxinting Tea House on the Jiuqu Bridge in Yuyuan Garden, the shop was ready to close. The manager listened to some famous writers who had introduced me, made an exception for us to go up to the second floor, and arranged for us at the round table where the Queen of England had been received. Lu Wenfu is worthy of being an old tea guest who often "incubates" the tea house, sits by the window, asks for a pot of "Biluochun" with a sticky and soft Suzhou cavity, and orders dried tofu, quail eggs, sandalwood olives and spiced beans. While tasting, we talk about the "Classic of Mountains and Seas". Since "Gourmet" won the National Award for Outstanding Novella, "Gourmet" has long been famous. Once, I went to Suzhou for a group of Pakistani writers to take photographs. At noon, dine at the Nanlin Hotel near Lu Wenfu's house. After serving, Lu Wenfu will explain the name of the dish and the use of ingredients and interspersed with some allusions. The foreign guests were amazed after hearing this, and they all said that this meal was unique! At the opening ceremony of the conference, when I met Lu Wenfu, Huang Ju, who came to congratulate me, blurted out: "Oh, gourmet." ”

As the chairman of the Beibao Western Cinema in Yinchuan Town, Ningxia, Zhang Xianliang is a person who does what he does. After sitting down, he talked about zhang Yimou, Chen Kaige and other directors who went to his base to shoot movies. This passion of his was ignited by the adaptation of many of his works into films, and the "Wrangler", adapted from his novel "Spirit and Flesh", was filmed in the Northwest Ranch. I heard him say at the meeting: "I am here on behalf of half of China. "It's a joke, but it's true that he prides himself on the vast Great Northwest. This remark reminds me of the male lead actor Xu Lingjun in "Wrangler" who gave up the opportunity to live in the United States and was willing to stay in the Loess Plateau to carry out construction, perhaps this is the true portrayal of Zhang Xianliang's mental journey.

I have a signed copy of the "Jiang Zilong Collection", which I got when I was working as a staff member at the International Symposium on Contemporary Chinese Literature. Unfortunately, his masterpiece "The Story of Qiao Factory Director's Appointment" was not included. When talking to him, I looked for topics from the movie "Joe's Director's Appointment" and asked him about the resistance he encountered when he created it and the scene when it was adapted into a film. Jiang Zilong said quickly: The creation process of this work is very simple, so simple that it is not that I found Director Qiao, but that Director Qiao found me. Although Jiang Zilong only said that it took three days to complete this famous work, I never heard him talk about the time and effort spent from conception to description to the early stage of shaping the character.

A year ago, Xu and I held an exhibition at the Beijing Library. After Deng Youmei visited, he saw us coming from Shanghai. So he took a group photo with Wu Fuhui, deputy director of the Museum of Literature, who had lived in Shanghai. Why does he have a special love for Shanghai? Later, I learned that there was his "Bole" in Shanghai - Ru Zhijuan's eldest sister. No wonder that during the meeting, he and Ru Zhijuan always had endless words and endless conversations. Later, I learned that Deng Youmei was only 14 years old when she joined the New Fourth Army, and was cared for and cared for by Ru Zhijuan, a writer who was also in the literary troupe. Influenced by the Yellow Scroll of Ru Zhijuan's Green Lantern, Deng Youmei's literary buds also gradually sprouted.

One day in 1978, Ru Zhijuan, deputy editor of Shanghai Literature, went to Beijing to visit his "younger brother" Deng Youmei. After Ru Zhijuan read his manuscript remembering the old chief Chen Yi, he excitedly encouraged Deng Youmei to change it into a novel and named it "Our Military Commander". In the same year, after the publication of "Shanghai Literature", it was a hit. Won the first prize of the National Outstanding Short Story Award. Since then, it has been impossible to receive, and "Tao Ranting", "That Five", "Smoke Pot" and so on have won the National Excellent Novel and Short Story Award one after another, laying the foundation for their position in contemporary literature. When I said that I was inseparable from the guidance of Sister Zhijuan, his eyes were full of gratitude.

Each of them has vivid characters in their own writings. On that day, the "baggage" and "paragraphs" were one after another, and the laughter continued. Seeing this, I quickly used the lens to retain a picture of "Hans Christian Andersen", "Gourmet", "Wrangler", "Joe Factory Director", "The Five" Five Gentlemen Tea Feast. (Lu Zhengwei)
