The extreme embarrassment of life made her depressed for a while.

I didn't think about it at all, and in the course of the game, I didn't realize or know how hot the show really was.
Because there was no big data in that era, the only thing we could access was the traditional media of television, and we were too busy with the game to watch TV.
I remember that the competition was purely because I studied music and went to music school, so I just wanted to have more stage experience, and I didn't care so much at all.
And there was no precedent for draft competitions at that time, and we didn't know what the game would become.
So it's equivalent to all of this going on in a completely unconscious situation!
The development after the game was not so smooth, what kind of mentality did it change?
After the game, for some reason, I was also deceived. "That was the most depressing time. Because that time was not long after the game, in fact, it belonged to a golden period, but what happened to me at this time was to make a contract and settlement storm. At the same time, in that situation, I can't tell the outside world, to the fans, to my own family what happened to you, so that kind of repression is equivalent to suffering and not being able to say. I was very depressed and confused, because when I first came to Beijing at that time, I really didn't think about it so much.
I didn't think that bad things would come one after another, and then for a while I began to sleep, the highest record was three days and three nights without falling asleep, but I didn't do anything, I stayed there watching TV, the more I watched, the more upset I became, the more I didn't sleep, the less sleepy I was, and then I was a little depressed because I was confused and sad. I also don't want to be in contact with the outside world, and I feel that it is useless to say anything.
Now it is much better, calm, probably because of the inner torment and confusion, after I adjusted myself, I can see a lot of things clearly, but the mentality will be much better. Fortunately, my family was very supportive of me along the way. ”
After these ups and downs, after the life plan?
Because I myself may still be biased towardS&B stuff, including lyrical, including more rhythmic and more emotional things. "So I'm currently doing my own songs, and I'm also doing my own music classroom.
After that, I hope that I can quietly sing my own songs and run my music classroom.
And because the music classroom has made me realize more people who love music, they all have different expectations, different dreams.
This may also make my own music feel more pure and pure in the future.
So in this environment and atmosphere, I can have more strength and know how to simply sing what I really want to express.
Later, I also went to participate in some other music competition programs and participated in competitions, what is the difference in mentality?
After so many years, and after some ups and downs, I have precipitated!
Now that I think about it, I used to be a big fat girl who lacked heart and eyes, no heart and no lungs, just ran here and there, and loved music. Singing is also the kind of shouting with a loud voice, just like now I go back to the music program and appear in front of everyone again.
Now I know myself better, I know better how to sing a good song, for me is an opportunity for a singer to stand on the stage and express himself, and now I know better how to find emotions from my usual heart.
How did you learn about the "Lifeng Plan"?
Introduced by a very familiar friend, I thought it was very good when I talked about this matter.
Because the continuous output of the work is too important for a singer.
I wanted to try to cooperate, so I came to choose a song.
At that time, we all listened to most of the songs together before we found a song called "Green Basket", and I first heard the song because of the rhythm of the song itself, and the melody of the bossa nova itself will make people feel very good, especially a little exotic at the end of the song. Let me decide right away that I want to take down this song!
Today's YiHui makes us feel the calm after washing the lead. Now she has become very open-minded and calm.

Xiao Sa felt that maybe she wasn't free enough, not happy enough, because she cared too much.
