In ancient times, people always said that food was everything. However, in modern society, people are becoming more and more picky about their diet. Not only do they care about the taste of the food, but they also want to enjoy it in a comfortable, designed place. The canteen introduced today can be said to be a perfect interpretation of all the above. The project is located in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, and is known as the "Town Canteen".
The building is located on a local street with ancient Chinese architectural styles. The dark façade contrasts strongly with the bright tones inside, providing a warm feeling for those who dine inside.

The design team designed the gate section to be wide and made the logo very bright to create a warm atmosphere. When night falls, it seems to be saying "welcome home" to customers.

White waves
The roof is designed with only white curves that look like clouds. When people walk into the cafeteria, they feel fresh and comfortable. Although the project is called a canteen, it is different from a traditional canteen, which provides a new concept and visual effect for what a canteen might become. The light on the ceiling is amplified by the design of the white waves, and in this effect, the effect of the light is looming.

Light green is used for interior walls and columns, forming a harmonious relationship with the white structure of the roof and wooden furniture. The color of the walls and the greenery in the canteen echo the green of Jiangnan outside the window. Through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, the harmonious scenery is integrated with the restaurant, giving visitors the experience of dining in the smoke and rain of Gangnam.

In order to let customers have a better dining experience, fully feel the charm of "Suqian on the tip of the tongue". The design team also put a lot of effort into the choice of tables and seats. First of all, the combination of cement gray and log color is selected in the color matching, combined with the overall tone of the interior design, giving people a comfortable and elegant feeling. The "white waves" on the roof project bright lights just right and don't make people feel dazzling. The warm yellow light under the seat makes the crowd feel the feeling of home, smells the smell of fireworks in the world, and attracts people to enter the store to eat.
