In 2019, a total of 115 households (18 poor households) planted glutinous grain in Huangyuan Village, with a planting area of more than 800 mu, an increase of nearly 400 mu over previous years, which is the largest number of glutinous grain planted in the history of Huangyuan Village. The income of glutinous valley planted in the whole village increased by more than 320,000 yuan.

Making water and wine is a big thing, and it is necessary to go through dozens of processes such as "rice selection, washing, full of water, koshiki, cold rice, water, mixing koji, sealing sauce, fermentation, changing cylinders, putting wine, boiling wine, sterilization, sealing altars" and so on. 1. Choose local high-quality glutinous rice, full of grains. Among them are glutinous valleys grown by poor local households.
