On the morning of October 26, the Second School District of Baokang County held a joint meeting of principals in the fall of 2021 at the Huangbao Town Center School. Principals, executive vice presidents and teaching directors of school districts attended the meeting, and Li Guohua, deputy director of the Baokang County Teaching and Research Office, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
The joint meeting summarized the work in the spring of 2021, sorted out the main problems that currently exist, studied specific improvement measures, and clarified the responsibilities of schools in the fall. Li Guohua, deputy director of the county teaching and research office, talked about his ideas on how to do a good job in the work of the school district, and put forward new requirements for grasping the activities of the school district, grasping the weak disciplines, and implementing the "double reduction" work.
The meeting also discussed and adopted the 2021 autumn joint examination and joint research plan, and clarified the work idea of "jointly improving the operational efficiency of the school district, comprehensively improving the classroom level of young teachers, normally carrying out school district research activities, and effectively playing the function of the school district joint examination". Finally, the main responsible persons of the participating schools made statements.
This meeting reached a consensus of "unifying thinking, clarifying tasks, formulating measures, and solving problems", which will effectively promote cooperation and exchanges between regional schools, truly realize the co-construction and sharing of educational resources, and improve the overall quality of education and teaching in the second school district.
