The people's governments (management committees) of counties, autonomous counties and districts, the working departments of the municipal governments, the public institutions directly under the municipal government, and the municipal state-owned enterprises:
The Municipal People's Government decides:
Comrade Wei Feng served as deputy secretary general of Anshun Municipal People's Government;
Comrade Yan Mingkun is appointed deputy secretary-general of the Anshun Municipal People's Government until January 2024, and the suspension period is naturally dismissed;
Comrade Guo Zhengju served as the deputy director of The Anshun Science and Technology Bureau;
Comrades Liu Zengmin and Li Yide served as deputy directors of the Anshun Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology (Anshun Municipal Energy Bureau), and no longer served as deputy directors of the Anshun Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology (Anshun Big Data Development Administration);
Comrade Wang Bo served as the deputy director of the Anshun Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs;
Comrade Li Kai served as the inspector of the Ecological Migration Bureau of Anshun City (deputy county governor level);
Comrade Yu Yiding served as the director of the management committee of the Anshun Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the director of the management committee of the Anshun Civil Aviation Industry National High-tech Industrial Base.
Comrade Huang Zhuangyu is appointed as the deputy director of the Management Committee of Anshun Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the suspension period is until January 2024, and the suspension period is naturally dismissed from the post;
Comrades Song Li and Zhou Zhixiang no longer serve as deputy secretaries-general of the Anshun Municipal People's Government;
Comrade Yang Shouwang no longer holds the post of deputy director of the Anshun Municipal Science and Technology Bureau;
Comrade Li Jianhua no longer serves as the deputy director of the Anshun Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology (Anshun Big Data Development Administration);
Comrade Xu Ying no longer serves as the deputy director of the Anshun Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs;
Comrade Ren Man no longer serves as the deputy director of the Anshun Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism;
Comrade Zhang Hai no longer serves as deputy director of the Anshun Veterans Affairs Bureau;
Comrade Chen Xiuhong no longer serves as the deputy director of the urban village transformation office in the shantytown of Anshun City;
Comrade Cai Dian no longer serves as the director of the Big Data Development Center of Anshun City;
Comrade Chen Yan no longer serves as the vice principal of Anshun No. 2 Senior High School;
Comrade Yang Deyi no longer serves as the executive deputy director of the management committee of xixiu industrial park (Guizhou xixiu economic development zone) and the deputy director (concurrent) of the management committee of anshun high-tech industrial development zone;
Comrade Xia Yongzhong no longer holds the post of deputy director of the management committee of the Anshun High-tech Industrial Development Zone.
