Guo Sheng said that during the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" period, Xinjiang will realize the comprehensive high-speed development of the Junggar Basin in northern Xinjiang and the Tarim Basin in southern Xinjiang, and basically realize the county-to-county highway (first-class) highway, all scenic spots above the 3A level through high-speed (first-class) highway, and the perennial port-through high-speed (first-class) highway.
