On October 13, Zhou Zhe, secretary of the county party committee, invited Chen Wei, a well-known domestic cultural tourism expert and president of huajingtong cultural tourism research institute, to our county to investigate the construction of cultural tourism projects in the old city. Zhou Zhe and his party successively went to Binhe North Road, Huainan Food Street Shantytown, Huainan Commercial and Trade City, Laoxian County Party Committee and Government, Boseong Square and other places to inspect and investigate, and carefully listened to the opinions and suggestions put forward by experts on the transformation of cultural tourism in the old city.
Zhou Zhe stressed that while vigorously developing the construction of new urban areas, we should attach great importance to the improvement of the quality of the old city.
Zhou Zhe pointed out that the construction of cultural tourism in the old city should first determine the way of thinking and plan and design according to the actual situation of different areas. It is necessary to protect the nostalgia of memory and tell the story of Luoshan. By consulting the county chronicle and inviting the elderly who have the memory of the old county town, they can find out the historical and cultural situation of the land that needs to be transformed, and plan it in a targeted manner; and transform and upgrade the existing buildings with rich historical marks on the original site. It is necessary to collect all kinds of information in the transformation area and provide data support for the expert team in planning and design.
Zhou Zhe hopes that when planning the cultural tourism project in the old town of our county, the expert team can plan the connection between the new and old town and the construction of "Xinluo Tongcheng" to provide a planning basis for the construction of "One Pole and Four Districts" Silla Mountain and "Xinluo Tongcheng".
