As for Kaohsiung Mayor Chen Qimai, although the DPP authorities have recently experienced ridicule with Kaohsiung City for "internal vaccine trading," the DPP has dispatched network troops from the "central" to the localities to escort and even attempt to "create gods." Su Huanzhi believes that Chen Qimai's performance, coupled with more cases in Taoyuan than in Kaohsiung City, highlights Zheng Wencan's outstanding role in this epidemic prevention.

Su Huanzhi also said that compared with Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-che, New Taipei Mayor Hou Youyi, and Taichung Mayor Lu Xiuyan, because they can often speak and dare to be different from the DPP authorities, the voice will be louder. Zheng Wencan did not dare to have no opinion, of course, the volume of voice would be small. Coupled with the DPP's handling of the epidemic, the control of community infections has proved to be impossible. The worse the DPP authorities handle it, the more unfavorable it is for Cheng Wencan.
