Comrade Liu Ning served as a member of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Committee, Standing Committee, and Secretary, and Comrade Lu Xinshe no longer held the posts of Secretary, Standing Committee, and Member of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Committee.
Comrade Fu Xingguo, deputy director of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and director of the State Civil Service Bureau, announced the central decision at the meeting, saying that the readjustment was made by the central authorities based on the overall situation, in accordance with the needs of work and the actual conditions of the leading body building in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, after comprehensive consideration and careful study.
Comrade Liu Ning was born in January 1962, a native of Linjiang, Jilin Province. He was the chief engineer of the Ministry of Water Resources, the vice minister of water resources since January 2009, the deputy secretary of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee, the secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, the governor of Qinghai Province in September 2018, and the governor of Liaoning Province in August 2020. He is an alternate member of the 19th Central Committee.
It has been learned that Comrade Lu Xinshe no longer holds the post of secretary of the district party committee due to his age.
