Before establishing the Zhang Dan Figure Skating Youth Training Base in 2020 and serving as the general supervisor, Zhang Dan considered it for a long time, and she hoped that the establishment of the youth training base could become an opportunity to let more ordinary people feel the charm of figure skating and make the sport more popular among the public. At the same time, she also hopes to send more future stars to the national team through her own teaching and contribute to the Winter Olympics.
