They interact well with their owners, are not afraid of strangers, have strong speaking ability, memorize poems, sing songs, know people and can call people by name, and are very intelligent parrots.
During the period, the seller even "gave a thousand instructions" to Xiao Liu, the parrot is a national protected animal, and should be extremely careful when breeding, but Xiao Liu does not think so.
After receiving the parrot, Xiao Liu liked it quite much, and was attracted by its beautiful appearance, so he raised the parrot close to his home and took good care of it.
But the good times are not long, because the parrot is too noisy, after several complaints from the next door neighbor, Xiao Liu also thinks that he is a little annoyed, and continues to raise it for fear of accidents. So he wanted to sell the parrot to others, and quickly found a buyer.
Through the Internet, Xiao Liu met a buyer in Yunnan and sold it to "bird lovers" in Yunnan for 13,500 yuan.
In the second half of this year, the Yunnan police investigated a case of transporting and selling rare and endangered wild animals during a police dispatch, including a wild animal, which is the yellow-crowned Amazon parrot that Xiao Liu sold this year!
Yunnan police identified the owner of the yellow-crowned Amazon parrot through clues. Then the owner confessed that the yellow-crowned Amazon parrot was purchased from Xiao Liu in Hangzhou.
On December 16, Yunnan police rushed to Hangzhou and found the West Lake police to request assistance in handling the case according to clues.
On December 17, west lake police arrested Xiao Liu.
Xiao Liu has violated the law by knowing that it is a state-protected animal and has violated the law, and is currently left at the police station to take criminal compulsory measures according to law.
