Meizhou Island

Meizhou Island is located in the south of Putian City, is a small island with a longitudinal length from north to south. From Putian city, you can take a bus to Wenjia Wharf and then take a ferry to the island. Meizhou Island is not big, as long as you go early and arrange the tour time reasonably, you can complete the main attractions in one day. Kowloon Valley
Jiulong Valley is located in Juxi, Changtai Town, Chengxiang District, Putian City, Fujian Province, bordering the scenic area of Jiu Li Lake, and has the lower reaches of jiu li lake jiu float waterfall, commonly known as "lower nine carp". Nine Carp Lake

Jiu Li Lake is a national AAAA-level scenic spot, the birthplace of Chinese prayer culture, located in Zhongshan Town, Xianyou County, Putian City, Fujian Province, 31 kilometers away from the county seat, 590 meters above sea level, and borders the scenic area of Jiulong Valley. Nine Carp Lake is a beautiful natural lake. Ruiyun Mountain
Putian Ruiyun Mountain Forest Park is located in the northeast of Putian City, Fujian Province, and is under the jurisdiction of Hanjiang District. 58 kilometers away from Putian City, 28 kilometers away from 324 National Highway, 70 kilometers away from Fuzhou, Fuqing to Yongtai Provincial Highway directly connect the whole territory, the geographical position is superior, and the traffic is very convenient. Ruiyun Mountain Forest Park has been built into a leisure resort, a sightseeing pilgrimage area, and provides tourists with multi-functional leisure services integrating summer cooling, vacation recuperation, sightseeing pilgrimage, and science education.

Nanri Island
Nanri Island is located in Xinghua Bay, southeast of Putian City, Fujian Province, China, and is the main island of the Nanri Archipelago, the third largest island in Fujian Province, and the largest island in Putian City. Nanri Island has a unique geographical location, is a window for expanding trade with Taiwan and foreign countries, and has always been a military powerhouse, and its Nanri waterway is a key point of maritime traffic. Guanghua Temple

Guanghua Temple was originally built in the second year of Chen Yongding (558 AD) of the Southern Dynasty, and was originally named "Jinxian Nunnery". Later expanded into a temple. In the second year of Tang Jingyun (711 AD), Emperor Ruizong gave the name "Lingyan Temple", which was renamed "Guanghua Temple" by the famous calligrapher Liu Gongquan Shuyuan, and in the first year of the Song Taiping Xingguo (976 AD), Emperor Taizong of Song changed the name to "Guanghua Temple". The Song Dynasty was the heyday of Guanghua Temple, when there were 10 courtyards, 120 nunneries under its jurisdiction, and more than a thousand monks. The current building complex was still rebuilt in the early years of the Qing Dynasty.
In recent years, Guanghua Temple has undergone a comprehensive renovation and expansion. With a total area of more than 32,000 square meters, the entire layout is based on the central axis of Zhaobi, Archway, Mountain Gate, Release Pond, Heavenly King Hall, Daxiong Treasure Hall, Dharma Hall (upper for Tibetan Scripture Pavilion), ancestral hall (upper for Reclining Buddha Pavilion) as the central axis, sitting north to south, with a total length of 385 meters, magnificent.
In front of the temple on the left side of the temple, there is also an imitation wooden pavilion-style Shakyamuni Sakya pagoda built before the first year of the Song Dynasty (1165), with five octagons and a height of 30 meters. The outer walls and the reliefs of the Buddha, the two-headed feathered man, the flying music trick and the floral birds and beasts are exquisite and beautiful. The eaves of the tower are carved like bricks and tiles, and there is a tendency to flutter in the wind, and its architectural art, which is rare in Eight Fujian, has been listed as a national key cultural relics protection unit.

Southern Shaolin
According to legend, after the 13 warrior monks of the Shaolin Temple in Songshan, Henan, helped Tang Taizong unify China, Tang Taizong gave him "monks and soldiers" and allowed the establishment of ten sub-temples throughout the country. The Lin Quan Temple in Jiulian Mountain, Putian County, is one of the earliest of the ten branches of the Shaolin Temple. During the reign of Emperor Taizong of Tang, the monks of the Shaolin Temple on Mount Song went south and traveled thousands of miles to the Nine Lotus Mountains to live in the Lin Quan Courtyard. Since then, Lin Quan Yuan has been renamed Lin Shan Shaolin Temple.
During the Northern Song Dynasty, the temple was more prosperous, there were more than 500 monks, and the martial arts were extremely prosperous, because of the grand scale (covering an area of about 30,000 square meters), the martial wind was flourishing, and it influenced South China, so it was called the Southern Shaolin Temple, forming the Southern Shaolin Fist, which was known as the "North Leg South Fist" together with the Leg Gong of the North Shaolin. During the Southern Song Dynasty, the monastery still maintained a thriving trend. Liu Kezhuang also praised the "Yizhi song mountain Shaolin". Lin Quan Yuan was destroyed in the early Qing Dynasty.
From 1986 to 1988, putian County discovered the ruins of this temple that had been annihilated for hundreds of years in the cultural relics census, and found 5 Northern Song Dynasty stone troughs engraved with words such as "Monk Soldier" and "Zhu Luohan Bath Sencha San". In 1998, the Reconstruction of the Southern Shaolin Temple was completed. In December 2006, the Southern Shaolin Temple was officially managed by the abbot of Guanghua Temple and became a unified system of the two monasteries. Mr. Zhao Puchu, president of the Buddhist Association of China, inscribed the name of the temple "Southern Shaolin Temple".

Here there are a variety of grades of businesses, dozens to hundreds of thousands of handicrafts can be found. You can simply enjoy the exquisitely crafted and valuable treasures, or you can pick up some favorite gifts for relatives and friends or make souvenirs.
With the archway - central square - leisure square as the central axis, the Arts and Crafts City is divided into two parts that are roughly symmetrical, the left side near the visitor reception center is the jewelry center, the jade carving area and the stone carving area, and the right side is dominated by wood carving. From the Visitor Center, you can visit in sequence, and the whole journey is about 2.5 kilometers. The average tourist usually spends two or three hours exploring the best parts of it, about 1 km of travel.
The second floor of the jade carving area can visit the jade live processing performance, and the first area of wood carving can see a lot of classical furniture, ivory carving, agarwood carving, etc., including many master works, and the scale of sandalwood and agarwood is among the best in China.
