Up to now, the city's market supervision system has dispatched a total of 73,000 law enforcement personnel, inspected 107,500 aquatic products trading enterprises, monitored e-commerce platforms (websites) 1.33 million times, carried out administrative guidance for e-commerce platforms 4,707 times, and urged the removal (deletion and blocking) of 187 pieces of illegal transaction information. 68 cases were filed and investigated, and 33 cases were closed, of which 4 cases were publicized and promoted to the whole country by the General Administration as typical cases.

From January 1, 2021, the key waters of the Yangtze River Basin began to implement a ten-year perennial ban on fishing. In order to continue to severely crack down on the illegal sale of illegal fish in the Yangtze River Basin in the market, the third batch of typical illegal cases of the Yangtze River ban is now publicly exposed.

Case 2:

Shanghai Chongming County Dile Farm Restaurant

Suspected of publishing false advertisements

On October 16, 2020, the Chongming District Market Supervision Bureau inspected the business premises of The Dile Farm Restaurant in Chongming County at No. 539 Qianwei Village, Zhuxin Town, Chongming District, and found that the parties opened a shop named "Dile Farm Restaurant (Chongming Qianwei Village Store)" on the Public Review Website, and from July 1, 2020, the parties published dishes such as "Yangtze River White Water Fish" on the "Recommended Dishes > Merchant Signature Dishes" page in the store, and after verification, The whitewater fish sold by the parties to the outside world is actually a whitewater fish in the fish pond, not a whitewater fish in the Yangtze River. The store's behavior violated the relevant provisions of the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Chongming District Market Supervision Bureau has punished it according to law.

Case 3:

Shanghai Weichangxing Catering Co., Ltd

Suspected of false propaganda cases

On November 19, 2020, through the source of the report, the Changning District Market Supervision Bureau carried out on-site inspection of Shenzhou Wisdom World Plaza. The inspection found that the façade of Shenzhou Wisdom Tiandi Square, located at No. 567 Tianshan West Road, was posted with the slogan "Relatives in the Mountains, Ancient Anhui Cuisine, Yangtze River Fish Fresh". Yang Caili Agricultural Products Management Department, Baoshan District, Shanghai

Suspected cases of failure to perform incoming goods inspection

On August 25, 2020, the Baoshan District Market Supervision Bureau inspected the Yang Caili Agricultural Products Business Department of Baoshan District on the first floor of the market at No. 569 Meiwen Road, Baoshan District, and the parties at the scene could not provide a complete purchase certificate for their sale of sturgeon. On September 23, 2020, the Jiading District Market Supervision Bureau inspected the first branch of Shanghai Yunting Hotel Co., Ltd. on the spot, and the parties operated the "Nanhua Hotel", and the display screen at the entrance of the store showed "Braised Yangtze River Fish". According to the raw material purchase records provided by the parties, the catfish sold by the parties came from the farm, not the Catch of the Yangtze River. On September 26, the parties took the initiative to adjust the content of the publicity and eliminate the illegal acts. The above-mentioned false publicity of the parties violated the provisions of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Jiading District Market Supervision Bureau has punished it according to law.
