Chen Yanan, general manager of Qingpu Industrial Park Property Company, told reporters that last year, after learning about the problem of employee accommodation of Hitachi Elevator Company, the personnel of the park property company took the initiative to come to the door and actively docked with Hitachi Elevator Company, and the park enterprises joined hands with Building 3 of the Staff Home as a pilot, jointly funded and shared the income, and carried out space transformation and supporting facilities update of Building 3.
In particular, it is worth mentioning that building 3 of the Staff Home has a total of 6 floors, and there was no elevator originally. After the completion of the overall transformation, not long ago, the park and enterprises also installed intelligent elevators for this staff dormitory building.

The room adopts the way of fingerprint unlocking, indoor lighting system, supporting facilities and other decoration are configured in accordance with the requirements of the star hotel, and various facilities are also available. "After moving here, it felt like the accommodation was much better than before and the comfort was greatly improved. When you come back here after a day at work, you can open the refrigerator to get a can of Coke, or you can push open the window to see the sky, play the piano, and enjoy your time alone, which is very in line with the lifestyle of young people! Liu Jiaxin said.
Chen Yanan told reporters that before the Qingpu Industrial Park Property Company has built basketball courts, cultural and sports activity rooms, party and group service stations and other activity spaces and service platforms in the homes of employees, after the completion of the renovation of Building 3, Qingpu Industrial Park will also include two other old accommodation buildings in the transformation plan, and will also transform public areas such as green belts, squares, and parking lots to improve the living quality of employees' homes as a whole.
