Lin Guoyao, male, Han nationality, born in January 1966, from Xianyou, Fujian, started working in July 1986, joined the Communist Party of China in September 1990, and has a university degree. He has worked in Fujian for a long time, and has served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Xiamen Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Fujian Provincial Economic and Information Commission, and Deputy Secretary and Acting Mayor of the Longyan Municipal Party Committee. In December 2016, Lin Guoyao was appointed secretary of the Longyan Municipal Party Committee, and in September 2017, he was appointed as the head of the discipline inspection team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in the China Insurance Regulatory Commission and a member of the Party Committee of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission.
