From 8 o'clock yesterday to 6 o'clock today, heavy rain or torrential rain occurred in parts of eastern Sichuan, northern Chongqing, central Guizhou, southern Zhejiang, western Guangxi, central Guangdong, northern Fujian and other places, and local heavy rain (100~112 mm) in Mianyang, Guangyuan, Guangdong, Guangzhou, Guangdong, etc.; Moderate to heavy rain occurred in southern Gansu, Ningxia, Hetao area of Inner Mongolia, and local heavy rain (50~72 mm) in Yinchuan, Shizuishan and other places in Ningxia; Sleet or rain (snow) occurred in parts of northern and eastern Xinjiang, eastern Qinghai, eastern Tibet and southern Gansu, western Sichuan Plateau and other places, with precipitation of 5~19 mm.

At 5 o'clock today, compared with 5 o'clock yesterday, some areas in the eastern and southern parts of North China, the central and western parts of Huanghuai, Jianghuai, the western part of Jianghan, the northern and eastern parts of Jiangnan, and the central and northern parts of Shaanxi have cooled by 6~10 °C.

From 08:00 on October 20 to 08:00 on the 21st, there will be strong winds of 5~7 and gusts of 8~9 in Inner Mongolia, southwestern Heilongjiang, central and western Jilin, eastern Xinjiang and southern Xinjiang basins, northern Tibet, western and northern Qinghai, and southeastern coastal areas of Fujian; Most of the Yellow Sea, the northern and southwestern waters of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the northern and central eastern waters of the South China Sea, and the Bashi Strait will have strong winds of 7~8 and gusts of 9, and some of the northeastern parts of the East China Sea and the Taiwan Strait will have winds of up to 9 and 10 gusts.
