Yellow warning for heavy fog
The Hunan Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning for heavy fog at 06:00 on October 17:
It is expected that on the morning of October 17, there will be fog or rain fog with visibility less than or equal to 500 meters in the southwest of Changsha, southeast of Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, north of Hengyang, north of Shaoyang, west of Yueyang, Changde, northeast of Zhangjiajie, northeast of Yiyang, northeast of Chenzhou, and east of Loudi, and there will be dense fog with visibility less than or equal to 200 meters, which will have a greater impact on traffic.
