In terms of viewing historical data, two modes are supported, namely, historical query and data playback. As one of the main measuring instruments under Lanpeng Measurement and Control, the steel rolling caliper also has these two key functions.
The steel rolling caliper is used for the detection of the outer diameter and ovality of the outer section of the circular steel, and the detection of the inner diameter, transverse rib and longitudinal rib of the rebar, which is widely used in large, medium and small iron and steel enterprises. At present, the storage time of historical data is generally more than 1 year, and historical information can be queried at any time.
Historical query function
Click the "Production Management" button on the main interface of the measurement and control software system, and select the "Historical Query" option in the drop-down menu. In this pop-up window, you can select the date, specification, and number, and the measurement data can be displayed in a tabular manner, and the export can be supported.
Data playback function
Click the "Production Management" button on the main interface and select the "Data Playback" option in the drop-down menu. After clicking "History Query", the "History Playback" window appears.
Detailed query steps
1) Click on the date, and you will find all the dates of the measurement of this batch of steel.
2) In the specifications window, display all the specifications produced on that date.
3) In the number list, all root branch numbers of the specification will be displayed.
4) After selecting, click on the query, and the measurement data of the root branch will be displayed, including the start time and end time.
5) Select "Playback" to play the data by time.
6) Select "Export" to export the data table.
The historical query function presents historical data in the form of a table, which is convenient for users to intuitively sort out and analyze the data. The historical playback function can dynamically display historical data, such as the changes of the main section over time, and its presentation effect is exactly the same as the changes in the main interface of the software system during the production process, so that users can feel as if they are returning to the historical production scene and have a deeper understanding of the data change trend in the production process.
No matter what viewing method is used, the core purpose is to help users have a more comprehensive understanding of the actual situation of the production line, and users can flexibly choose the appropriate viewing method according to their specific needs, so as to achieve effective control and optimization of the production process.
