However, the problem is mainly in the classroom discipline, for going out and the teacher to make a report, queuing and taking a nap, etc., the children still do a very good job. Regarding the classroom discipline, when we met tonight, many of our teachers had relevant problems, and we discussed and discussed the way to solve them, hoping to better deal with these problems in the future.
In the afternoon, due to the conflict between Li Xin's transfer class and the original teaching assistant course time, I had to replace Li Xin to take over the small white class at three o'clock in the afternoon. Maybe it's because we've met and gotten along in the morning, and in the afternoon, the children obviously trust us more than they did in the morning, and there are more children who come to ask questions, and some children who don't talk in the morning will also talk in the afternoon. I am happy to be aware of this change and hope to be able to gain their trust and live up to their trust.
