Highlight the deep study and take the "steering wheel". Firmly grasp the correct orientation, and deeply and meticulously interpret the spirit of the plenary session through holding reading classes, propaganda report meetings, training meetings and other forms for retired cadres. Strengthen the construction of positions, set up propaganda columns, hang banners and slogans, and use LED displays, party members' WeChat work groups and other information platforms to learn the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China at multiple levels and channels.

Highlight propaganda and guidance, and do a good job of "combination boxing". For example, Qiu Qihua, the former vice chairman of the county CPPCC, an outstanding member of the provincial Communist Party and the "most beautiful old cadre" in Longyan City, went to Zhongshan Town to make a special report on the spirit of the plenary session, despite his 80s. Up to now, the county has organized a total of 31 retired cadres to preach the report group (group) and 186 "five old" preachers, and carried out more than 50 preaching activities in campuses, communities and villages, with an audience of more than 2,000 people.

Highlight the role and write a good "report card". Actively give full play to the advantages of silver hair, and hire retired cadres to serve as rural revitalization commissioners to help rural revitalization. It has successively organized silver-haired talents to visit the Wuping County Cultural and Tourism Integration Development Demonstration Zone Project (100 Courtyards) and the Ink Yangmin "Bamboo instead of Plastic" Application Scenario Demonstration Project, and visited the "Red Fourth Army Entering the First Village of Fujian" Exhibition Hall and the intangible cultural heritage Gaopu Tea Production Skills Inheritance Base - Gaopu Tea Society, through visits and inspections, strengthen the leading and exemplary role, and contribute to the promotion of Chinese-style modern Wuping practice.
