Since the beginning of this year, Gongjing Street has thoroughly studied and implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on adhering to and developing the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era, adhered to the supremacy of the people, comprehensive policies, source prevention, and scientific and technological support, and continuously improved the level of prevention and resolution of contradictions and disputes.
In view of high-risk areas such as housing demolition and social security and abnormal petition cases, Gongjing Street relies on the three-level party building system of "community party committee-grid party branch-party member center household" to carry out the special action of "doxxing, investigation and resolution". Party members and cadres at the two levels of the neighborhood community went deep into the frontline of the grassroots level, built an all-round investigation mechanism of "centralized investigation + special deep digging + rolling screening", and established a contradiction and dispute ledger with clear bases, clear situations, and real responsibilities. Since the beginning of this year, a total of 27 surveys have been carried out and 144 problems have been sorted out, laying a solid foundation for the timely and effective resolution of contradictions and disputes.
With the community party-mass service center as the core, Gongjing Street integrates multiple platform resources such as the comprehensive management center, the diversified conflict and dispute resolution and coordination center, and the petition reception center, and strives to build a community rule of law square and a community rule of law culture street, creating a new position for rule of law education. Carry out theoretical lectures in conjunction with themed party day activities, invite experts in the fields of justice and law enforcement to go to the grassroots level, and carry out a series of publicity activities on "rule of law culture into 10,000 homes", explain legal knowledge with vivid cases, and enhance the public's awareness of the rule of law. Since the beginning of this year, 43 rule of law publicity activities have been successfully held, covering more than 5,000 people, creating a strong atmosphere of rule of law.
Gongjing Street has always adhered to the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era of "no contradictions, no accidents, and no lack of services", and innovated the contradiction and dispute resolution model under the guidance of party building. Through the strict implementation of the "shift visit + visit with pieces" system, we have widely absorbed social forces such as veteran party members, veteran cadres, and practitioners in related industries, and built a work pattern of "three-tone linkage" of people's mediation, administrative mediation, and judicial mediation. In the process of resolving contradictions, we pay attention to the organic combination of law and reason, and stress both law and reason, so as to achieve the effective resolution of contradictions and disputes and the satisfaction of the masses. Since the beginning of this year, 144 conflicts and disputes have been successfully mediated, and the satisfaction rate of the masses is as high as 100%.
