On the morning of October 10, the eighth bid section of the north-south extension line of the Wengma Railway in Guizhou Province undertaken by Zhongjiao Road and Bridge Construction Co., Ltd. ushered in an important engineering node, and the Banbu River Bridge, one of the control projects of the project, completed the precise closure of the main arch circle, marking a breakthrough in the construction of the project, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the project.
The Banbu River Bridge is located in Yinzhan Town, Weng'an County, spanning a deep "V" shaped river valley, with a tributary of the Wujiang River below, and both banks are located on steep cliffs, with a complex construction environment. The bridge has a total length of 390.93m, is a main span of 188m upward-bearing reinforced concrete arch bridge, and is also the first large-span arch bridge in the railway industry to adopt the hanging basket suspension pouring process, the main arch ring is more than 150m from the ground, the span is 188m, and the sagittal span ratio is 4.7, and the construction technology is difficult. In view of the complex construction environment, high safety and quality requirements, and difficult construction organization of the Banbu River Bridge, the Eighth Standard Project Department of the North-South Extension Line of the Jianwengma Railway of Zhongjiao Road adopted the idea of planning and construction in advance, monitored the whole process of the construction process, and ensured the safe, efficient and steady progress of the bridge construction by optimizing the construction plan, investing in a professional construction team, and scientifically allocating resources, and finally completed the closure of the Banbu River Bridge one month ahead of schedule.
Zhao Yulong, deputy director of the quality inspection department of the eighth bid section of the Wengma Railway, told reporters: "The construction of the main arch ring of the Banbu River Bridge will start in October 2023 and end in October 2024, with a construction time of 12 months. The construction of the arch columns on the Panbu River Bridge will be carried out later, which is expected to be completed in December 2024. The construction of the north-south extension line of the Wengma Railway has a great role in driving and promoting the development of the southern Qiannan region, allowing the rapid circulation of Asian phosphorus warehouse products and playing an important role in the prosperity of the people in the southern Qiannan region. ”
The Wengma Railway and its north-south extension line start from Luyinhu Station of Qiangui Line in Duyun in the south, pass through Fuquan and Weng'an, and reach Gelaoba Station of Sichuan-Guizhou Line in Zunyi in the north, with a total length of 220km. The whole line connects the three major railway trunk lines of Sichuan-Guizhou Line, Shanghai-Kunming Line and Guizhou-Guizhou Line, and builds a new channel for cargo exchange in Southwest, Northwest and South China, and is also an important part of the channel in the new land-sea channel in the west, which is of great significance for improving the overall railway network layout of Guizhou Province, and provides a safe, convenient and high-capacity railway transportation line for the phosphorus chemical industry in Weng'an, Fuquan and other counties (cities) along the line. After the completion of the Wengma Railway and its north-south extension line, the train enters the Wengma Railway and its north-south extension line from the Luyinhu Station of the Qiangui Line and the Gelaoba Station of the Sichuan-Guizhou Line into the Wengma Railway and its north-south extension line, which can save about 170 kilometers.
