In order to further optimize the business environment and continue to improve the ability of integrated government services, all units of the Second Joint Office Building of the Economic Development Zone (Toutunhe District) and some units of Weitai Building are now relocated to Block A of Xinjing Center, No. 5433 Wansheng Street, Economic Development Zone (Toutunhe District).
1. Relocation unit
(1) The first batch of relocated units
All units stationed in the second joint office building (original office address: <头屯河区>No. 316, Pangonghu Road, Economic Development Zone), involving the Ecological Environment Bureau, the Agriculture and Rural Bureau, the Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision Station of the Construction Bureau, the Maternal and Child Health Care Center of the Health Commission, the Collection Office, the Teaching and Research Office of the Education Bureau, and the Municipal Cultural Tourism Law Enforcement Brigade.
During the relocation period, the relevant business of the Construction Project Quality and Safety Supervision Station of the Agriculture and Rural Bureau and the Construction Bureau can continue to be handled in the Government Affairs Service Center (the second floor of Weitai Building); Other units arrange staff to be on duty and accept the masses to handle business. After the relocation, the second joint office building will no longer handle business with the public.
Relocation period: October 8, 2024 to October 13, 2024
(2) The second batch of relocated units
The relocation unit of Weitai Building involves Shi Zhi Office, Women's Federation, Science and Technology Association, Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, Federation of Industry and Commerce, Red Cross, Disabled Persons' Federation, etc.
Relocation period: October 14, 2024 to October 20, 2024
2. Set up government service agencies
A government service agency is set up on the first floor of the podium of Block A of Xinjing Center to handle 155 businesses involving social security sub-centers, medical insurance sub-centers, market supervision and administration bureaus, public security sub-bureaus, and tax sub-bureaus (see annex).
Transportation guidance: You can take 5035 and 5008 to Urumqi No. 66 Middle School Station and get off at Urumqi No. 66 Middle School Station, 500 meters to the north.
