According to reports, Xicen Science and Technology Innovation Park, as a key construction project of "one hall and three pieces" and "one piece" of Qingpu in the demonstration zone, shoulders the important task of serving the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation, industrial innovation and cross-regional collaboration in the demonstration zone, and creating a vivid case of transforming lucid waters and lush mountains into gold and silver mountains in the demonstration zone. With the goal of building a "world-class model of waterfront human settlements", the project construction unit, Yangtze River Delta Investment Co., Ltd., will actively give full play to the advantages of Xicen Science and Technology Innovation Park, such as its unique location, ecological green, leading enterprise drive, rich scene application, and complete service facilities, closely connect with the settlement and supporting needs of Huawei Lianqiu Lake R&D Center, accelerate the supply of carriers for R&D innovation, technology transformation, functional headquarters, commercial facilities, residential and other business formats, and focus on integrated circuit design, artificial intelligence R&D, green and low-carbon technologies and services and other subdivisions. We will build the core functional area of the Yangtze River Delta digital trunk line, a new quality productivity source area with deep integration of the "four chains" of innovation, industry, talent and capital, and a cross-regional science and technology and industrial collaborative innovation model area for co-investment, co-construction and sharing.
Group 2 project is located in the core area of Xicen Science and Technology Innovation Park, covering an area of about 498 acres, including 7 commercial plots, 5 commercial and residential plots, etc., with a total construction area of about 700,000 square meters and a total investment of about 11 billion yuan. Group 2 will focus on the central lake area, and will build an R&D science and technology innovation core in advance, including lakeside commercial and office R&D carriers, sports centers, cultural centers, kindergartens, 7 municipal roads and other public supporting facilities and energy centers, water town parks (phase I), river improvement and water quality improvement projects.
