The Modern Express reporter learned that after receiving the call for help, the East China Sea Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Transport quickly launched the maritime emergency rescue plan, and at the same time assigned the B-7357 helicopter crew of the First Rescue Flight Team of the East China Sea stationed at Yancheng Sheyang General Airport to be ready for dispatch.
At 7:25 a.m., the helicopter took off from Yancheng Sheyang General Airport and quickly went to the sky above the sea area where the fishing boat was located. After determining the location of the fishing boat, the helicopter lifeguard boarded the fishing boat by rappelling, and the lifeguard helped the injured fisherman to carry out simple wound treatment and foreign body cleaning in the mouth, and put on suspension equipment for him, and successfully suspended the injured fisherman onto the rescue helicopter.
Subsequently, the helicopter immediately returned to Sheyang General Airport. "After the lifeguard rappelled down to the fishing boat, he found that the injured fisherman was spitting blood, so he arranged for other fishermen to accompany him and hang the injured fisherman and his escort to the helicopter." According to the captain Zhang Wei, when he arrived at the sea area where the fishing boat was located, the waves at sea were two or three meters high, and the fishing boat shook quite heavily, which made the rescue work more difficult.
At 9:35 a.m., the B-7357 helicopter was safely parked on the No. 5 apron of Sheyang General Airport under the guidance of ground guides, and the medical staff of Sheyang 120 Emergency Center, who had been waiting at the airport, quickly greeted them and transferred the injured fishermen to the ambulance and sent them to the hospital for rescue.
At present, after treatment in the hospital, the injured fisherman's vital signs are stable and he is still receiving treatment in the hospital.
