The first all-digital chain spatial calibration
In conventional spatial calibration equipment, only an analog output interface was provided, which may be limited by the DA performance of the calibration hardware and leave the high-end independent decoders that users would otherwise use on the shelf.
The ECHO3S is the first spatially calibrated audio processor to support an all-digital link, from the moment the audio signal enters the processor to the final output, with no analog-to-digital/digital-to-analog conversion. You can use it with your favorite standalone audio decoder to complete spatial calibration while maintaining the full sonic color of the original audio system.
High quality 9038Q2M decoder
The ECHO3S is a spatially calibrated digital processor and an excellent digital audio decoder. Built-in two ES9038Q2MDA chips, which can convert digital audio signals into high-quality analog audio signals, providing users with high-quality audio output.
Stand-alone hardware runs calibration autonomously
The EmbersLab Ember ECHO3S with ARAC 2 adaptive calibration allows users to simply follow the instructions to wire the system and set up the microphone, and the measurement and calibration are completed automatically with the push of a button. After calibration, the ECHO3S can be calibrated independently of the ARAC software, making it easy to use with a variety of audio systems.
The core acoustic algorithms of ARAC 2 are done locally, giving ARAC 2 even faster computing power with the excellent performance of personal computers. The ECHO3S's built-in spatial acoustic field calibration filter works with the filter function derived from the core spatial acoustic algorithm, giving the system higher calibration accuracy and convenient system connection experience.

Added subwoofer channel manager
The ECHO3S adds a subwoofer manager that works with ARAC 2 software to control two subwoofers at the same time.
The ARAC 2 software adds a new subwoofer mode, with Bass Control and Bass Management, which provides comprehensive measurement of the frequency response/amplitude/phase of the full-range/subwoofer, and automatically sets the articulation frequency and completes phase correction. The ARAC 2 also offers a manual adjustment option that allows the user to define the subwoofer PEQ, crossover point, and bass phase parameters.
In bass mode, the connection between the subwoofer and full-range sections is smoother, the bass is more evenly distributed, and the subwoofer is placed more freely.

Big data enhances subjective tuning
ARAC 2 has built-in professional PEQ setting options, and for users who are not comfortable using professional PEQ, ARAC 2 provides subjective cue word tuning. With more than 60 tuning options condensed by big data, users can personalize the tuning according to their own sense of hearing, and everyone is their own tuning master.
Precisely calibrated speakerphone
Each microphone has frequency-discrete characteristics and needs to be calibrated for accurate measurements. The BAT14 is acoustically calibrated and supplied with only calibration documentation for the user. The BAT14 comes with a professional microphone stand, so there's no need for a separate one.
