At the beginning of 2014, standing on the land at the junction of Wangcheng District and Yuelu District in Changsha, the land was barren, except for the only market, the three square kilometers around the vast land were almost empty, and the wide Purui Road was only occasionally driven by cars, and after rolling up a cloud of dust, the land returned to silence.
