In terms of ETF gains, the brand consumer ETF rose 3.24%, and the Hong Kong central enterprise dividend ETF rose 2.85%.
Some brokerages believe that since 2021, the high-dividend strategy has been favored by investors, and the current congestion of the Hang Seng High Dividend Yield Index has fallen back to the average level in the past decade. In addition, due to the existence of the premium of AH shares, the dividend yield of Hong Kong stocks has a greater advantage over A shares.
On the downside, a number of semiconductor materials and equipment-related ETFs fell nearly 2%.
According to SEMI data cited by the semiconductor industry, global 300mm wafer fab equipment spending is expected to increase by 12% to US$82 billion in 2024, 24% to US$101.9 billion in 2025, and reach a record high of US$118.8 billion in 2026. With the collaborative research of the upstream and downstream of the domestic semiconductor industry chain and the strong support of multiple capitals, domestic lithography machines and related supply chains are expected to sail smoothly and escort the development of the scientific and technological information industry.
